Family Life is a family oriented church with a contemporary flavor. If you could describe this new congregation, you could use the words "joyful', "friendly", and "dynamic'. We are convinced that going to church should be fun and meaningful. We are committed to taking our relationship with God very seriously, but not ourselves.

The Word of God (the Bible) is central to all we do. There are three areas of ministry that are essential for fulfilling our purpose: Preaching of the Word, Teaching of the Word, and Demonstration of the Word
- PREACHING OF THE WORD (Worship) Worship is believers coming together to glorify God. Attention is directed towards God, His presence in our lives, His power, and His authority over our lives. We believe that the Word of God has the answer to every need in life. Therefore, the preaching of the Word is central in worship. Through the preaching of the Word, the life- changing message of Christ can strengthen the believer and challenge the unbeliever to investigate further the claims of the gospel.
- TEACHING OF THE WORD (Classes/Seminars) Classes and seminars provide opportunity for study of the Word of God in depth. Through the study of the Word, believers can build a foundation of Biblical understanding, establish personal spiritual disciplines, discover their spiritual gifts, be encouraged to become participating members of the body of Christ, and find answers to their daily life needs. Ephesians 4 says that it is the church's responsibility to prepare people for works of service so that the body of Christ may be built up and individuals may become mature in Christ and obtain wholeness in their life. Our church believes that through classes and seminars believers can receive help to grow in their relationships with Christ.
- DEMONSTRATION OF THE WORD (Life Groups) Life groups are six to twelve people who meet regularly and who are committed to building a caring relationship as they learn, grow and minister together. Through small group gatherings, we are incorporated into the fellowship of believers. Acts 2 says the early church met in each others' homes, shared together, broke bread together, prayed together and then, it says, Christ added to the church daily those who were being saved. We are called to care for the needs of all who come, to build an ever increasing love for each other and to reach out and touch others. Through small groups meeting together regularly, sharing the Word, praying, sharing a meal, sharing a burden, visiting and fellowshipping, can we respond to this call. "Where two or three (a small group) are gathered in my name, there I will be also." - Jesus Christ
